Dan L. Werry, JD, MBA
Dan Werry brings over three decades of specialized expertise in investment real estate and alternative investment strategies. His career began in Southern California in 1990, working with sophisticated real estate investors in apartment and rental property acquisitions focused on growth and income generation.
During his graduate studies, Dan held a strategic position within Wells Fargo's Mortgage Division (formerly Norwest Mortgage), where he supported builder-developers in structuring take-out financing for complex $100M+ condominium projects. This experience provided him with deep institutional knowledge of large-scale real estate financing and development.
Following graduation with both his JD and MBA, Dan entered the securitized real estate industry, specializing in working with high-net-worth clients and family offices. His expertise centers on repositioning client equity from "active" to "passive" real estate income streams through sophisticated 1031 Exchange strategies.
As a recognized expert in the 1031 DST Exchange industry, Dan provides comprehensive due diligence on institutional-grade 1031 Exchange investment properties. His thorough analysis enables clients nationwide to make informed decisions and successfully complete complex tax-deferred transactions. Additionally, Dan works closely with clients to evaluate growth and income funds that align with their specific investment objectives and risk parameters.

Todd Chambliss
With more than 25 years of experience in client relations, sales leadership and business development, Todd Chambliss is dedicated to building lasting client relationships and delivering personalized support strategies that drive long-term success. He specializes in consultative, client-first sales approaches that help organizations and investors align their goals with tailored solutions.
Throughout his career, Todd has been recognized for strengthening customer loyalty while driving measurable growth. He has managed and developed teams of 50+ employees, leading high-performing groups to exceed ambitious goals while maintaining a client-centric focus. Todd has also led initiatives that expanded sales, secured national partnerships, and implemented programs designed to enhance the client experience and foster trust at every stage of the process.
Outside of work, Todd enjoys supporting his daughter in hockey, golfing, and tackling home improvement projects.
